Upon final settlement of contract terms, all custom pipeline code, annotated variant reports, and experimental assay raw data are assigned to the commissioning party. Vidrava Technologies retains pre-existing proprietary framework assets.
Unless explicitly contracted for diagnostic clinical trials under relevant accreditation bodies, computational pipelines and research findings are provided for Research Use Only (RUO).
These terms are governed and interpreted under the commercial laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
